MIXED MEDIA/Discover Collage

8 Sessions /Thursday evenings, 6:30 – 9 pm, Oct. 2 – Nov. 20

Collage, a familiar and deceptively simple medium, is all about shape tearing, cutting, fitting, placing and layering. If you think collage begins and ends there, think again. Collage is also a medium that connects and enhances other art forms. In conjunction with watercolor, acrylic, pastel, oil and encaustic, collage can add interest and substance to paintings. Come prepared to stretch your imagination, explore new directions and recharge your creative batteries. This workshop is suitable for artists of all levels.
